LILIANA’S FIRST BIRTHDAY
I have always LOVED organizing, planning and putting together parties and events! It’s one of my favorite things to do! Since I don’t have any cute babies of my own yet, I begged my brother and sister in law to let me have some fun with my nieces first birthday party! They picked the theme of Pink Lemonade and let me and my mom run with it, which was soooooo much fun! Honestly everyone in the family chipped in and helped pull this adorable party off! I of course used my trusty friend, Pinterest, to help pull all of these ideas together, so I wanted to put this out there for anyone else who may be looking for ideas for a Pink Lemonade Birthday Party! Lemon Linens: Kate Spade
Paper flowers: My mom and I handmade these babies with the incredible tutorial from www.sweetredpoppy.com
Lemonade stand: We made this from some wood off-cuts we already had! My brother drew up the plans & cut out all the wood and my dad helped put it all together! Instead of painting the lemonade sign directly on the stand, I decided to paint it on poster board, so that we can use the stand for other events & parties!
Lemonade: Sprouts has these adorable bottles of sparkling lemonade and they were DELICIOUS
Cookies: I made the cookies! I took up cookie decorating during quarantine with the help of all the recipes and tutorials from www.lilaloa.com
